Hi Ron,
I'm one of your customers for the last 2yrs. I'm unable to access my website: http://www.thomso.net/ hosted on your servers.
When I logged in thru ftp, I found that all my files have been modified with a timestamp of 2/19/2006, 2:37pm.
Lot of my website users are complaining about it. Please let me know your plan - so that I communicate to my website users. Please do something urgently.
